Star-Bling was created in 2012 when beaded bracelets were all the rage. Because I love to design, I tapped into blinging out my shoes etc. While doing this, people started asking me to design shoes for them, thus I added blinged out shoes to my own business. Along with the shoes came Star-Bling Bows. I simply love what I do and Hope that you love them too.
